This House was built in 2004. The house occupies a nice pice of land that is part of a small compound. The annual tax charge is 70,000 UG/Shilling (about $50.00). The current monthly rent is 1,002,600 UG/Shilling (about $600.00). The house first floor contains three 9x7 rooms, a dinning room, a reception area, a small store, a birthroom, and a restroom. The second floor has two 9x7 rooms, a kitchen, dinning and sitting room, a bathroom and a restroom.
