Upon arrival at any international airport in the USA, everyone must complete certain US Custom forms. Form 6059B must be completed by US citizens returning home.

- Lines 10. 11. 12. 13. & 14. Should be No for ACTI ministry teams
- Line 15 includes the total from the lower section of the back of the form
- Back of Form: Unless you purchase some single very expensive item (like a diamond or gold) I recommend this simple statement "Various gifts and souvenirs" and then a reasonable amount in US dollars that you list here and on Line 15 on the front.
